DSDPlus What's this error?

I am parked dead om my local simulcast' CC but DSD+FL isn't messing with it. I can recieve and decode other p25 systems further away. I have in the past managed this system just fine, I'm at a loss after countless hours reading threads here and Googling. Any comment is welcome.

That error is from the RTL driver (rtlsdr.dll and libusb-1.0.dll)

You will probably need to shutdown DSD+ and FMP24 and pull the dongles from the USB ports. (Maybe even restart PC)
Plug in dongles again and restart FMP24/DSD+.


More info:
In testing I have done in the past, the -9 (LIBUSB_ERROR_PIPE) value is returned to the RTL driver from the libusb call to 'libusb_control_transfer'

Probably a bad dongle if the issue persists. I've had dongles die before and give read/write errors in the console.
