Where's Omnitrans?

I was recently in San Bernardino and didn't hear anything on the frequencies shown in the DB. Have the migrated elsewhere?

I'm wondering if at least one of the discrete freqs in the DB are used by Omnitrans contracted security folks at the central San Bernardino center. I've never seen any of their admin/supervisors carrying handhelds -- even during emergencies -- which are relatively common. Also, I've never seen a bus driver use any type of radio comms with anyone -- anywhere.

Noted activity appears to be for Western SB with locations mentined such as Ontatio Mills mall
