You think their would be some automated system in place, or some sort of translation system that could pull data directly from RR, so when any change is made, you could download it immediately.

Hey, its Wednesday again and I have another Hot Tip for you.

We have received many requests to stop blocking encrypted systems from being imported.
We do not block encrypted systems, we simply do not default these systems to be imported!

It can be imported, just takes an additional step.

When you click to the Import screen, there's an import options button that has a check-box where you can tell it to import encrypted and unsupported talkgroups.

With that checked, it will import them, but not give control of which ones are selected.

If the radio switches to an encrypted talkgroup you get the busy signal by default while that talkgroup is active.

Good tip thanks, helps when a channel is sometimes enc but not all the time and often its good to listen to
