who's on 162.675 P25?? western new york area

briefly this afternoon about 1500EST I caught some P25 activity on 162.675 using NAC code B0F.
Anyone know who this is???
There was mention of contacting local police about something.
I am in the Toronto Canada area and there was some major tropo today from the Western New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania areas at the time.

To the OP does your radio round off frequencies like 162.6875 ?

162.6750 would be a valid frequency based on 25 Khz with the 12.5 Khz in-between.

162.6875 is part of the the old RETIRED Yankee/Zule pair
162.6875 / 171.2875

I am using a PSR500 so perhaps it could have been either off freq or intermod. but the voice definitely had a Western New York accent.
I am thinking this could have been a repeater input freq. but perhaps the NAC was

I am hearing USBP buffalo on 163.625 NAC301
and 170.700 brief audio but NAC301 also...
lots of other fed traffic including
Niag Fls air base crews on 173.5875 and 173.4375 both with NAC293

I was just out there. there is a great deal of activity. Trying to figure 170.700 (NAC 326) and 163.650 (NAC 476).

163.6500 $476 was strongest in the Batavia area, back in the spring on my Road Trip to Toronto

170.7000 was using $301 back then as well in the Buffalo area

one that I am still wondering about is 162.675 NAC B0F definitely sounded like fed activity of some sort.
I heard this freq active a couple of years ago but the signal isn't always reliable enough to get good digital decode on the PSR... and intermod doesn't help either
I am thinking this might be border patrol
I usually hear them on 163.625
