440 amateur band uses 20 kHz spacing, 4 kHz deviation, so it's considered "sideband".

5 khz deviation, actually. Emmission is 16K0, so Carsons rule shows 5 khz dev with a 3 khz maximum modulating frequency. There are few, if any, systems running narrowband, but I am aware of a few systems talking about it.
