Meshtastic LoRa Node Mounting Locations Lorain County OH

I was looking for a public place to mount a radio device and was looking for public ham repeaters in my area. I ran across this forum. I was wondering if there is any way to mount a LoRa Mesh Radio where any public ham repeaters would be mounted in the Amherst OH area.

I am working on an open source project which uses LoRa radio devices to create a mesh communications network for emergency use. Would it be possible to mount or could you direct me to someone to discuss mounting a Meshtastic device for public use? I would be happy to show you the device/s and demonstrate its use. I would pay for the devices and any mounting hardware or associated costs. They can be run from solar power. Please see links below which explain how the devices work.
