Does anyone know if they are still on VHF or if they went narrowband?

When you ask about narrowband, understand that it is the spacing of the bandwidth that is still FM.
It appears that Wilkinson has only two frequencies, and both are FM. Have you looked at the database here on RR? I would presume that if there were updates to the county frequencies, someone would have submitted them.
