Are any of you familiar with the Will County Trunking System? Possibly use DSD+ by any chance?

I can't get it to work with DSD+
It works fine with SDRtrunk and from what I've seen (I don't own one) but appears to work on a base scanner.
But on DSD+ (Fast Lane) I cannot get the Channel Activity window to populate on the Control Channel.
The event logs window for DSD+ appears to work, it shows when a radio is registered on the system, when group calls occur and their duration etc.
Also the DSD+ data window (don't know what that's really called) it scrolls and shows data, so it's detecting the control channel. But the Channel Activity window never populates.
If I manually switch to a channel from the system that has voice traffic, DSD+ will decode it. But for some reason DSD+ doesn't work well on the control channel and I can't follow the system automatically.
Any ideas?
