When importing, use Conventional.
Then, using United States as the country, set the "State" to Nationwide. The CB channels, along with other common US categories, will show in the drop down list and can be selected.

The WS1040 will not receive CB radio frequencies.

It's beyond the radio's frequency coverage range.
