Win500 Error Msg Help

Hi,

I have been using Win500 for a long time and I really like it. A friend sent me a new file, but it was written in V01.94, which I hadn’t downloaded yet. I got the new version downloaded and everything seemed to work great. The problem came when I tried to refresh the virtual scanner I keep getting this Error: 02 received (expected ACK) and it won’t refresh. What am I doing wrong and how do I correct it.
The connection between the scanner, cable and computer (windows 7) are good. I can use the Monitor/Control and download from the scanner.
