WIN500 will no longer open on my computer. I keep getting the following information as to why:

You could try downloading again and re-installing.

I too am getting thevexact message. I have tried reinstalling it to no avail and yet when I put it on my other laptop with no internet connection all is good. I would also love some help with this.
