Win96 Question

I have been trying to use Win96 for two hours now with no luck. Is there a step by step guide to use this to program my Pro 96. I am stuck and have read post after post and the help guide a few times. I can not get the channels from the RR web import to my scanner. Please help with a step by step guide and I will be ever so greatful.

Oh and the Sites are going to be the freqs of the trunking system.

Can you tell me though just for my info. What is the difference between the site and talkgroups. I was just highlighting the talkgroups at first!!

Sites are the towers with the frequency list. If the system is Motorola, you have the option to import the Control Channels only and if it is EDACS or LTR, import will set them in the proper Logical Channel Number (LCN) order.
