Am noticing some transmissions that seem to be empty except for some high-pitched noise.

Is Windsor Locks using some other kind of radios than conventional NFM?

Last I heard them, analog, simplex, conventional FM radios
154.1150 141.3 I believe

Thanks. Could very well have been an intermittent open mic with a weak signal, I was in Simsbury at the time.
