When a unit calls on a channel do they add the PL tone code to their call?

I.e. I've heard units on Blue Channel (151.355) say "... on Blue baker".

If so, I've heard a couple say "... on Blue fox". I don't have any way to decode CTCSS, so if they are using another PL tone other than the ones listed in the RR database I couldn't tell you. (Not yet. I may remedy that soon! 8) )

There are mutiple PL's for accessing the various repeaters. The repeaters are named White, Blue, Yellow and Green. The PL's are named A thru F, with wardens using various phonetics for them.

OK. Then the RR database is missing "F". I downloaded WinTone and I was able to decode CTCSS tones off of my PRO-2035's discriminator tap, so I'll try catching the "F" tone.

Or do you know the "F" tone? I'm planning on buying a radio soon that has CTCSS so I want to include them in my own Excel spreadsheet so I'm ready when I get it.
