Woodbridge going to Digital?

I would be surprised if the new system -wasn-'t- running encrypted for the PD. I agree that there's no need for the other agencies to go encrypted. In this day and age keeping personal, private info (SS#, addresses, etc) safe is often cited as a reason for agencies going to encryption.
