Worcester MA Scrambled Talk Groups

Using my new BCD325P2 i found the following unidentified talkgroups on the Worcester simulcast on the Commonwealth of MA statewide APCO 25 system.. Any one know what they are used for?

4373 scrambled
4375 scrambled
4519
4385
4397
4387
4379

any way to convert the DEC or AFS to the system?

4369 is Police F1
4371 is Police F2

Based on the numbering, they would most likely be Police F3 and F4

Talkgroups 4373-4405 are Worcester Police TDMA Encrypted Groups
Talkgroup 2217 is MSP State and is used mainly by the Airwing
Talkgroup 4519 is Worcester DPW Streets

any way to convert the DEC or AFS to the system?

Negitave the talkgroup numbers on the P25 system have no correlation to the talkgroup numbers on the EDACS system.
