I recently purchased a Uniden BCT-15. I set all my local/conventional and MSP trunked sites with no problem. I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME get my trunked WPD freqs to work. If anyone can help me I would GREATLY appreciate it. I am using BUTEL ArcSoft software for my programming. Thank You !!!!

Make sure you have it set as EDACS Standard/Wide. Also, use this LCN for programming the frequencies.

0851.4625 1
0851.9125 2
0852.0375 3
0852.3625 4
0854.2125 5
0855.4875 6
0855.7125 7
0855.7375 8
0855.9625 9
0855.9875 10

Failing that, PM me with your email address and I'll send you a known good file.

The RR database lists THESE freqs which are slightly different from the ones you posted. Is this intentional?

01 856.51250 02 854.13750 03 854.88750 04 854.46250 05 854.21250
06 855.48750 07 855.71250 08 855.73750 09 855.96250 10 855.98750

No, it's not. If the scanner can't find the control channel, you aren't going to hear anything. How far are you from Worcester?

No, but I did pull up an older file by accident. What RR has is correct. My bad.

If you don't have any luck feel free to send that to me.

If you're in Worcester, you shouldn't have any problem picking them up. But you knew that!

As of 12:51p on Sat 5/12, the control channel is LCN-3 854.8875. You should be receiving this.

If you have any doubt as to which list is right or wrong, the Worcester TRS Wiki on SCC/SMA is 100% accurate and up-to-date, with confirmed information provided by myself and a few others.

I live in Worcester and operate a few feeds of the trunk. If worse comes to worse, we can meet up and troubleshoot as needed.

You're welcome Dave. For the benefit of anyone who was wondering what Dave's problem was. He didn't enter the LCN order on the frequency set up in ARC15. I wasn't 100% sure that you needed to, so as a test I created an EDACS system manually on my scanner. You DO need to enter the LCN, whether you are programming manually or using software. A small thing, but it made all the difference in the world. Logically (no pun intended) you would think that the scanner would know that the order you entered the frequencies in was the LCN, but apparently not.

A valuable lesson, for me at least.
