Does anyone have a File for Virginia SP for Free Scan or ARC PRO. Taking a trip to Virginia and trying to make a mega travel file???

Also if it's Phase 2 I cannot use it with my BCD996XT

P-4 is the code on unitrunker for encryption or encrypted traffic

Though I've never heard of it referred to as "P4", Emporia PD, at leaast on its dispatch freq, uses the ICOM/Kenwood NXDN digital modulation scheme.

Its fully encrypted and they don't run on the pd dispatch frequency as listed in the db they run on utilities frequency. I just ran them DSD Friday when I was up there this just adds to the mystery of emporia and their systems
