BC125AT: WX Priority setting.

Thanks to some old threads here, I finally figured out how to set WX as priority. on my BC125AT My problem is at home I can't get any WX freqs so the scanner shuts off the priority. In the car, I have a much better antenna on the roof and can get WX freqs. Is there any way to stop it from turning off the priority at home, so I don't have to restart it every time I get in the car?
