MOST ODD thing happen which i have screenshots of, Motorola has serial numbers and software revision numbers,

i ask them if there was any way i get the flash so they all be at same software level , no reply now here when everything gose north,

i taken screen shots all software revision numbers, and other day i notice something odd radio needed to be updated was updated, compeatly.
all the numbers now match other two radios,

now all i have read radios don't update them self, also note i have AES 256 bit hardware encryption working on all radios , i have device can remove the master key
and replace it with same key on each radio, AES 256 now works as well, it is not easiest thing to do on radio, there few settings must match on each radio


but there is a difference in the software, throw all 3 running hardware encryption two radios fetcher for software encryption only is on my question here two part

one dose any one know how i turn off the software encryption only on other two radios,

2ed question is dose anyone might have even smallest clue in how one radio got updated, i check 3 times i check all the radios there is no mistake radio was updated but i got no clue how it happens ,

i have been in computers all my life people who know me will do anything i ask they leave documents on my pc, however i did run in one set files i dont know what it is

i don't know what files are nor do i know how they got on my pc can anyone here share if they know what these files update, ? i got wounded if someone might used my computer to update it but why not be all cloke and dagger about it , so any insight would be helpful

Umm, what?

If the radios are already loaded with an AES key that means that software encryption is automatically disabled. It's one or the other.

I assume youre trying to update the firmware in them? Why?

I think it’s kind of obvious that they’re for updating XTS3000’s.

You don't need the internet to tell you that "XTS3000" is in the file name
