Yatchboy 400PE

Does the Yatchboy 400PE do USB Mode? I only see a switch that says SSB... Would it have to have USB to hear certain things? Aviation is the only thing that i'm really worried about at this point. If this radio wont pickup USB, what is the cheapest radio I can get to recieve USB? Thanks for the help guys!

It will receive upper and lower sideband.
The YB 400 is an excellent portable radio!

The way the Yachtboy works...you tune the frequency you want, and then use the SSB tune button to fine tune the station. It's an excellent portable receiver; I use it for listening to transoceanic aircraft when I'm away from home.
