Zello + Radio Help

Good afternoon.

I'm trying to configure the R1 2023 interface with a Yaesu 857 radio. I have signal transmission from the smartphone to the radio, but I don't have reception from the radio to the smartphone. What can I do to resolve this situation?


When it's receiving, it's active as shown in the image, but it doesn't transmit to the smartphone.

Create another channel and add the gateway to it. Connect to the new channel to use the gateway, you cannot connect directly to the gateway. Zello in gateway mode acts like a client. You can connect directly but will get the problem you are describing.

I created the channel as you said, but without success. There's a change on the PC or the Zello program on the RX; it changes to yes, but Zello doesn't appear on the phone.

It appears that the app is working correctly. The next thing to check is audio from the radio making to the app. Can you screenshot your audio setup?
