Has anyone here ever utilized Arizona's open records law to request information about any of the trunked radio systems here in the state?
Frequencies are part of FCC public record. What I'm wondering about would be talkgroup lists, such as which agency uses which talkgroup for which reason. (What are the talkgroups, and what are they used for, in Phoenix PD's D/E/F-decks, for example. Right now, a lot of that is conjecture, or educated guesses, such as the NET units on D-deck.)
