I heard that too. It was one of the longest EAMs i've heard. The background noise on 11175 seemed to have some fade to it that was noticeable between words and pauses that made me think it was from another receiver getting into the mic at the Ops position. However, like you said 8992 and most other freqs were loud and clear.
