163 base station help programming edacs

I've tried and read watched videos and I'm going insane. Please help. Want to program Collier County Florida edacs system. I have the frequencies and the afs but an totally confused on the steps to take.

Don't know what you expect to receive. The county has moved to a P-25 trunk system.
Best if you click on the blue Report button and have it moved to the Florida state forum for better answers.

Some of it went to p25 not all but thanks anyway. I expected someone with the same scanner to explain what I'm doing wrong but apparently that's too much to ask...jeeze

if you set up the conventional system then the only ones left are the ones you can hear.
the 163 does not do digital. the engine sound is digital.

since the old analog frequencies and the digital ones are the same, there would not be anyone left to hear as no one would have two different systems on the same frequencies.
i hate to say it, but you will have to get a digital scanner.
and i gave you a list of things to use the 1633 to listen to. (PM)

Mr. Duck, i sent what might be the directions to program the scanner.
i have never had to program an edacs system.

If you are able to get it programmed, please let us know if you receive any activity. I’ve monitored the Collier edacs system off and on but have never heard a peep since they moved to the P25 system.
