I'm picking up encrypted signals on 169.9375 nac 089 which I believe are coming from around Roanoke, Va. Anyone know which agency this is and where it's located?

At least one radio in the clear today and some very interesting communications.

My first guess would be DHS Immigration & Custom Enforcement (ICE), but that's just a hunch...

Try around the airport i remember hearing some frequencies there but i thought it was military due to a military unit that was there

169.9375 used to used by FBI Washington Field Office but has ben encrypted for several years (5+)
