This truck is pretty cool! I'll have to send you a picture of mine soon. I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota Sport Quad Cab...

Edit: By the way, I rated the thead 5/5! :)

not really anything specific, i got it for free from my cousin, hes an officer in the town next to mine and they switched all their cars from halogen lights to LED lights. Today i'm heading over to the police station here in Prescott (im originally from MA) ... i'll take a picture of the inside of one of their cars, show you their radio setup.

So.....

If you have the light bar installed for "no specific reason" , then why install it?? I can think of only one other reason why you would have them........

It's a hobby of mine. If you can't tell from the other lights. Like I said before, I'm a volunteer at the Prescott Police department.

Thanks.

Is this your alter-ego? No wonder your cousin's pd got rid of this light bar. Can't imagine they got much compliance with a clear strobe light. What duties does a police volunteer perform?

So if you do your "citzen's patrol" in a department issued vehicle, why do you need a light bar on your truck? To pull bears over in the woods, perhaps? Again, there is only one reason for you to have a light bar........

for show. i cant say it enough, i have never used the lights on the road. ever. i never would. i respect the people / vehicles who actually NEED them to save lives. i like installing stuff like that on my truck, and on other peoples vehicles, and again i'll say it, it's a hobby of mine. everyone needs to leave me the hell alone if you're going to say this stuff to me.

Your Radios

Why do you have two log in names, what are you trying to hide? According to Wikipedia the city you patrol is under water. You shouldn't lead people to think your a police officer, as you did in post 15, if your not! ... Nice install.
