Finally got the Impala squared away. I have heard a lot of comments about no place to install radios in the center console version. I managed to get a dual band and all mode on board....

its a good ugly
This. Not particularly clean or integrated, but extremely functional, so if you know whats what, when it comes to playing in the radio world it rocks for mobile capability.

Can't rate this one whacktastic as there are no visible lights, sirens, guns or badges/logo's visible in the pictures.

The setup is clean and neat and does not interfere with any of the vehicle controls.

I like it! Good!

Antennas 2008 Impala

Ft100D is trunk mounted under package shelf, sorry no pics today, trunk is loded up for a camping trip.
Ft8880R is mounted under console.
Ft100D uses a Larsen 1/4 wave on 10 and 6 meters and Larsen1/4 wave on VHF
FT8800R uses a Diamond NR 770 3db/5.5 db
NMO mounts on all three.
Direct to jump start posts under the hood with 30 amp fuses in front and the rear.
