It's a motorcade escort channel. The same exact thing you hear on the USSS channels when they are rarely in the clear no excitement. What did you think you would hear?

I heard that too, but it seemed to me like it was off center on my analog scanner, and the right freq is 173.8875 which is ATF or 173.8625 which is DEA.

Confirmed with my SDR dongle and SDRSharp- 173.875 is correct.

Air refueling track this afternoon. Listening to the a/a chat on 270.900 and the 231.625 boom ops. Boom operator said that this is the youngest KC-135R in the USAF fleet.....made in 1964!

270.900 appears to be Noble fighters air/air. One just told the others about helos chatting on 123.025.
