380 DoD site discrepancy

I am hearing and decoding a strong control channel via unitrunker on 380.1750 with the same
sys ID as the dod system in the RR database but I am in northern Grant County.
The site number is showing as 001-005 which is already in the database as the Kitsap
Naval Base tower but that can't be right.
The frequencies that show up for the tower I can hear minus the CC are:
380.0750
380.3875
381.0750
381.3125

Neighbors shows sites 04,06,07,08

Any Ideas maybe Mission Ridge?

Is this a stand alone site or is the site number in the RR database wrong for the Kitsap tower?

Maybe tower 005 is a simulcast ID

The RR DOD database entry is a mess. It should seperate the Navy's ELMR system from the other DOD sites that just use the default 14C system values.

This Army/Airforce system has sites 1-9. The local Navy system also has sites 1-9 plus more.
