Does anyone know what Police Department's or Fire Departments in the U.S still 39.000 Mhz on daily use .

Monmouth County in New Jersey utilizes:
39.46000 151.4 PL "County Hotline'
as a Countywide PD Hotline channel. Used by Township PD dispatchers to communicate with each other during emergent incidents. Still in use.
Assuming that you meant the entire 39 MHz. band (39.02 thru 39.98) there are some here in Illinois that use it for auxiliary or car to car use.
For example, Yorkville IL PD uses 39.40 and I wouldn't be surprised in some other 39 MHz. band channels are still used by some other Kendall County towns in that area.
Illinois used to have 39.50 as a statewide Sheriff's channel but for the most part it is all gone, just a couple towns using it for chit-chat. 39.66 was often used by mobiles to 39.50. 39.46 was a Point to Point channel for years but that is gone as well.
I think also that this band is still active in California by CHP, they moved some ops there after LA County moved off.

My city still uses the 30 MHz band for stuff. For example like 33.6600 or 39.900.

The reason I ask is that I have 3 radios .# 1 is a Maxon it has these freqs in it F1 39.9800.. F2 39.8800.. F 3 39.900...Radio 2 Is A Uniden Force F 1 39.900 F 2 39.7400.F 3 39.9200 F 4 39.8200...# 3 Uniden Force F 1 349.900.F 2 39.7400.F 3 39.9200..Now how could I find out what Deparmtment these have belonged to .
I did hear some skip over last summer on the then Uniden on a freq of 39.8200 with Police traffic .

A search at the FCC database for active licenses on 39.820 reveals 296 active licenses in the US. (active licenses just mean it's valid, not that it is being used).

Sheriff Andy Griffith was still using it in Mayberry up until last year to talk to Mt. Pilot, but my database may be slightly outdated.
He had to tie down the whip in order to get through all of those fancy new drive thru's.
