I believe it is St.John Oakland in Madison Hgts anyone know for sure

While that is a good possibility, they are not licensed for DMR, but that doesn't mean they aren't using it. The better bet is WQZE895 - OAKLAND COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION which is licensed for DMR.

Ok cool the conversation they had was talking about different floors parking lot checks things that could be related '
I know at one time St.John Oakland was on 464.6750 Analog . some of my old paper Scanner Books have them on those Freq's
My wife work at St.John Macomb they are on DMR .
Ill continue to Monitor it to get more info on user .
