That's a lot of talk groups! I saw in one of the UCA presentations you shared about fleet maps, that they're considering an option where traffic doesn't "drag" over into another site if a user comes into that site. Will be interesting to see how the next gen system is architected.

Wow. Awesome list. I've had my SDS100 listening to only Nelson Peak recently. I have my range turned down quite a bit (5 miles) so its not picking up a handful of what's on your list there (basically nothing outside of Salt Lake County)
Very interesting to see what else is on Nelson Peak.

@N7YUO - Why do some of the TG IDs have underscores in them? Are you just zero padding the left side with those as positional holders for empty values?

Zero padding? Thats terminology I haven't heard before, but yes those are placeholders, just like all of those............periods.
The forum software removes extra spaces, so when I want to show columns, I find it necessary to use placeholders.

I'm surprised that no one has asked about
LOIS 57760, and BRUCE 27520.
Those are vanity names that I assign to unknown talk groups. So when they show up on screen, BRUCE is easier to remember than 27520.
I have no clue what they are used for, but these two were busy enough to show up on Nelson.

The idea behind this posting on Nelson was to show that if you are in Salt Lake or Davis Counties, you can get some coverage of Tooele, Summit, Wasatch, & Utah Counties.
You can also get some coverage of Davis from Salt Lake County.

No prove (yet) but I believe (hunch) that 27520 is used by the UANG (Utah National Guard). Based upon RID use, I believe that 57760 is used by Life Flight.

I use Nelson for all my northern traffic (I'm in Utah Co.), since mountains prevent me from getting reliable copy on SL Simo (SL Simo is even weak with a 13 el. Yagi). It does seem to be a grab-bag of users. Maybe lots of different agency employees have homes in its coverage area.
