Show FMPP.exe failed. It's either outdated or nonexistent. IT's used only for SDRPlay RSP devices. If you don't have one / don't plan on getting one, just don't worry about it.

It's only one error on startup and does not affect anything.
Can I just DELETE the files for devices that I don't use? All I am using is a single RTL-SDR dongle. With all those unnecessary files it makes looking for the files I need more time consuming.

You can do anything you want. But in my opinion, that would be silly and a mistake. You don’t have to go looking at those files 50 times a day. And if you have windows set to show the file extensions, it’s easy enough to tell what’s what

Like I said, do what you want. If it were me, I’d actually focus on using it and having fun with it rather than worrying about files.

Also here is excerpt from log file but in YELLOW it shows strange errors. Why are these not loading? I have a bunch of data in each of those files. These files are right in the main DSDPlus folder.
Nothing is that file is relevant as that's Dsdplus 2.360 and time stamped from 2021. Your running DSDPlus 2.523

DSDPlus does not alter the version line of the support files unless you start with blank files after updating. Or, you can edit the version number yourself if it bothers you.
