AA County/Arnold Dwelling Fire

Units on location of a dwelling with fire through the roof -- Standford Ct off of College Parkway -- numerous calls received prior to dispatch. Battalion Chief requested fire investigation prior to any unit ariving on location (very unusual). An off-duty police office was on location prior to fire department arrival.

Water and access problems. Crews initially made an interior attack but were pulled out due to water supply issues. Defensive/ladder pipe operation in effect at this time.

FIB was requested early on because that house had another fire 8 hours prior.

I learned that later.... I'm wondering if this was a rekindle or just a 2nd fire...
