After you are done logging the site. Go back to the Pro96com "System" folder and rename it (add something on the end aka site number).

Next time you use Pro96com on another site it will make another system folder with all fresh info in it.

I didn't enter that site in there. I'd change it, but we really don't know where that site actually is. And ther eis no way to "blank out" the county unless that site was completed deleted and re-added. Maybe I'll do that.

The sites I added for which I didn't know a location, I didn't specify a county when I specifically added the site. I know that site isn't in Allegheny or else it'd be booming at our locations. I'll see what I can do to remedy that.

I think site 133 could be the one on Fork Mountain in Madison Co VA. I could make a trip up to Frederick Co MD today and see what I hear there.

I just got back from Gambrills aka Middletown. I'd say that 152.2475 is originating from there. I'm really surprised at how well I receive it at home considering I can't receive the Frederick Co public safety system at all.

173.375 was the next strongest signal about one bar weaker. I could also receive 151.85 and 153.125

I also received some unrelated signals that may be part of RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference Database since they had the 017 sysid. I logged four freqs not listed in the DB.

What Site ID did 152.2475 show when you were in Middletown ?

How about the Site IDs on 173.375, 151.85, and 153.125. Were you able to get any of that? I know we already have information on those, but I just want to see if your information on these three freqs jives with what we currently have.

I'll go ahead and set Middletown in the DB once you let meknow what Site ID 152.2475 was reporting.

My Pro-106 doesn't show site IDs or a WACN when tuned to these control channels. I wasn't able to take a computer with me to run Pro96 or use my 996T. But at home the 996T shows 0133.
In a few weeks I should get my 396XT back from Uniden. Its much better at provide system information.

Since 90%+ of the sites online do not currently have an FCC license associated with them, it is nowhere near easy to know their actual locations. I'm going to add them to the DB anyway, but I do not plan to add any location description to a site if we don't have any FCC data to back up where the site is located.

RDO Greensburg tested last night on TG-1911 (unconfirmed??), around 2100 hours talking to the radio techs on TG-1 and TG-2. I was not expecting any conversations that late in the evening.

Loud and clear here in WMD.

What site [site ID] were you listening to?

For anybody paying attention, you shouldn't trust any sitename in the DB for the most part. Most of the sites haven't even been named because there is no reasonable way to determine at this point what site is what given the lack of FCC license info. The only exception is probably in WMD area. For anyone else, you're guess is as good as mine where each site is. I've logged most of the sites during enhanced band conditions.
