You are right, all the ones I have looked at on the net indicate power through. This I had laying around in the junk box, it had no labels, I cant find it at the moment but it definitely did not have a pass-through.
I have ordered a 3-way F splitter to feed the other radios. Once I check that, then I can figure out if I would need further attenuation.
