Howdy. I checked out the FCC Web site searching by licensee name, and also by doing a lat/long search using an address for the tow company in nearby Kent; could not locate an address for them in Ravenna. No success either way.

Have you tried the local LTR systems? I can see in Portage County at least 3 LTR systems, and at least 1 has several talkgroup IDs that have been identified as being used by towing companies.

LTR is a favorite radio system for tow trucks.

I agree, here in the Wheeling, WV area they are on the SMR 800 system with the exception of one or two of the companies.
