Anyone else noticing this?

When I go to my state's database page (Texas) and search for a frequency within the state, my toolbars always read "Alabama Scanner Frequencies." Anyone else noticing this in their state searches?

Yes, but this isn't a database problem its in the webpage design. The functionality of the search is correct only the page the data is displayed on is titled incorrectly.
