You can find that software on the AR8200 Yahoo Group

ar8200 : The AR8200 Mk I/II/III mailing list

I have never used that software but I know it is available there for free download.

sad thing is i have boudht of butel for 4 scanners aor 8200 being one of them but after a year comp crashed needed full install could not get arcpro8200 files still have keys for it and emailed them 3 times no reply

a little late on this, but i think you can go here to download the trial version, just unzip and install and just enter your existing key that you already have and it should be fine;
