O.K. Raymond, looks like we have a little investigating to do!
Before we start, please believe me when I say I am, by no means, and expert in AR86ctrl, but I will do my best to help.
First, from looking at your screen grab, it looks like you have Scan list "A" chosen in the list window, but you are in the "Search" mode. It might be that you have to get out of the search mode and into the scan mode.
Here is what I recommend you try:
1st - In the "List" window, chose a SEARCH list. If you have none programmed, right click on a line and set up the search parameters. When done, right click again and chose "Search This Bank". Doing this will put AR86ctrl in a known condition.
2nd - Once the search has started, click on "Stop/Mem". This will take you out of the search mode and put you into the scan mode. Now, chose a "Scan Bank" from the drop-down menu in the "List" window. You should now be able to right-click on a line and "Edit a Memory Channel".
I'm quite sure their is a faster way to do this, but, as I said, I am new to AR86ctrl and this is how I use the software.
Tip, remember to always click on the "Refresh" button next to the "List" window as AR86ctrl will read and send (sort of a "sync" process) to and from the radio.
GOOD LUCK!!
John
