APCO-25 Need Help

I was wondering if someone can explain to me the steps needed in order to decrypt the voice from a APCO-25 system. I am able to follow the control channel, and can see the station id's, however I do need a step by step as to what to do with the second dongle.

I presume you didn't actually mean "decrypt", as that is only accomplished with an encryption key...
