Hello. I have ARC XT PRO Version 2.1 build 5. I see there is a newer version out there: 230 Build 2.

I have the full registered version 2.1 build 5.

My question is, if I install the new version 230 Build 2, will it overwrite the version I am running now and will I still have the full registered version or would I have to purchase (pay) for the newer version in order to get the full registered version.

Just want to know before I decide to update and install the newer version.

Updating to the newest version will not 'de-register' your software, nor force you to purchase it again. Both Butel (the ARC software) as well as ProScan provide updates to the software you've already purchased at no charge.

Ok thanks. Wasn’t sure how that worked.

I downloaded that newer version but didn’t install it yet. Just wanted to confirm before I did
