arc250 ?

I am new to using the ARC250 software and the BC296d scanner. When I put in the id and tag in the appropiate bank all is fine. I can upload it to the scanner however I do not seem to be able to save them. The next time I open the file all the id and tags are gone.

What am I doing wrong?

When you put your information in ARC250, click "save as" and select a directory that is easy to find for you.. And the next time you load ARC250 and your data is not showing...you might have to go to "File"..then "open" and then select your file that you saved, in the place you saved it, to open. I've had the same problem and that solves it for me!
