I can't get any info to download from RR site to program my scanner. The Software is a couple years old. I have xp on this computer but can't remember how to update so this thing will download and program my scanner. I had it done on my old computer but can't remember. Can anyone help me? Thanks...

Go to Butel Software and then click 'downloads' to download the latest version and then install it.
You also need to re-enter your registration details. All updates are free.
