Atlantic city info needed

I am going to Atlantic city this weekend and am not familiar with Atlantic City in any way at all. I am looking for systems to monitor, police, local and state, fire and of course the casinos. So far I have the following.
Atlantic City Motorola,
Atlantic County EDACS
trunked and conv casinos
conv atlantic county
conv atlantic city

What state police handles that area and what else should I grab???

At the bottom of the page see All Trunk Systems in Atlantic County. Click on State of New Jersey Troop A South for the State Police. Troop A covers that area.

You can also program the conventional frequencies listed on the Atlantic County page for the individual municipalities in the area.

At the bottom of the page, listed right above All Trunk Systems in Atlantic County, you'll see Aircraft/Airport Frequencies. Click on that for Atlantic City Airport if that interests you. My wife flies to Florida a few times a year, out of AC, to visit her mother and when I take her and pick her up I monitor the planes coming and going. It's interesting to listen to, although, they use "air lingo" which is sometimes difficult to understand. I also think that Philadelphia Airport uses the same frequencies, so you hear both.

I stay regularly in Atlantic City casinos with my comp rooms, and they are worth listening to. Tons of action, not all edge of your seat stuff, but fun to hear people win jackpots, machines not paying tickets, drunks out of hand at bars, and other stuff.

NJSP doesn't really have much going on in AC.

EMS is dispatched on County EMS channel, units 14-xx for BLS, and Atlanticare MICU for ALS.

Thank you to all that replied. I think I have all the basics now and it should be interesting. Just finished programming the scanner and have everything I need on my laptop just in case.
