Hi lindsay:

Lately I have been posting alot of submissions to RR.com. Trouble is, they never get posted on the site. I am following the correct format like it says in the submission guidelines. I've already tried e-mailing you, but no reply. Is there something i've been doing wrong? :?:

They are being submitted. The Admin for that area is picky about what goes on the counties that he works on. He may have chose not to put the information on the pages.

I always make my submissions according to the guidelines, and they are as accurate as possible. I really don't know why they are supposedly being rejected. :(

Each DB Admin can choose what to put up and what not to put up for their respective areas. Maybe the Admin hasn't had a chance to work the submissions, yet. Or, he has chosen not to post the information. Who knows. Relax. The information will eventually show up.

Another point to bring up is when the submission queue gets full, sometimes the admins will grab a bunch of things from an area (which removes them from the general queue) to clear room for other submissions which cannot be seen until room is made (only 50 can be displayed at a time at the most). Each admin has their own personal queue so as FPO703 says, relax, all the submissions eventually get looked at and will be handled.

I'm here a lot
Keep in mind that these updates are done by volunteers who no doubt
have families and jobs and other things going on in their lives.
I'm sure they would like to get the task finished quickly, but why rush
and potentially make an error ?

They must strive for accuracy, after all, the Database would be worthless without it.

Yes, I hear ya.

I too have submitted stuff that has been verified, but the admin. seem's to like to poke around an feels free to include in the database what ever he feels is appropriate.

This database could be alot more usefull if the information was added.
