I'm scanning with a Phase II G4 in East Cobb and I haven't picked it up yet...based on the location of the listed southernmost transmitter near Lake Allatoona I should be able to lock on to it but I'm wondering if that site is not operational yet.

Yep, like Henry county, took a couple of months after it was being installed before it could be picked up.

Control channel is sending data, full scale in Dallas. Just no transmissions yet. I doubt Bartow would be encrypted when Floyd, Polk, Cobb, and Paulding is not.

Most likely not could just be certain talkgroups as it should be.

BCD536 analyze shows strong signal, no decode quality or activity.
SDS100 analyze shows strong signal and decode quality, but no activity.
Added those talkgroups manually, still no decodes.
No ENC icon on either display.
I know the sound does not pass.

This morning getting some clear voice radio countdown tests on 36612 unencrypted, a couple different male voices and a female...some background radio echoing because they are talking into the radio too close to other radios.

36255 (clear voice, countdown testing)
36613 (clear voice)
36614 (clear voice, discussion and testing the open mike timeout/alert)

Mostly clear comms today, the two encrypted tgs I logged yesterday very limited use today (36102 was encrypted yesterday and hearing clear test comms on it today)...most heavily keyed up talkgroup today was 36612
