BC250d Alpha Tags

I have a quick question:

I recently did a reset on my 250d. I made a new mem file (since stuff has changed around here) I used the ARC250 software, and everything works just fine, BUT my alpha tags dont come up. example:

M ID: -----
867.4125 FM ::
BANK ----5-----
York Police


It never had the FM thing or showed the frequency. When the TG comes up it flashes at the top. Before it would show the alpha tag for the TG above the bank tag.

I've gone through the options and stuff, and I cant quite figure out what i'm doing wrong. If someone could help me, that'd be great!

It looks to me that you have the user info programmed in, but not the bank tags, or vice-versa. While in the ARC250 program click on "trunk", then "ID Lists." Make sure all of that info is filled out, i.e. user, bank tag, talk group ID ,etc.

Be sure you are in 'ID Scan' mode and not 'ID Search'

It was acctually th "screen mask" setting. Go figure Anyway.. I've also found that the arc250d software isnt programming the TGs properly into the banks. Looks like I might have to program them in manually
