What's the callsign?

I have only found VHF frequencies for the city.

I get the fire dept. It has Sweetwater police listed in the scanner and have left it there all day but my whistler get it but never a sound from the 536.

Did you mean that you can pickup Sweetwater PD on your Whistler scanner but not on the Uniden 536?

Sweetwater PD is DMR, has been for some time. They have no current plans to switch away from the DMR, although they will have a talkgroup on the TACN when Monroe County fully switches over. Sweetwater FD has not fully switched over to DMR yet, but the DMR entry for them in the db is correct and is for future use. They are still analog. Not sure about Sweetwater Utilities, if they have switched to DMR yet. All the db entries for Sweetwater are accurate and verified.
